Why we are a member
International talent acquisition is a matter of trust: people move their lives to a new country, companies invest in their future. The German Federal Association for International Talent Acquisition (BVIFG e. V.) makes sure that standards apply – ethically, legally and in terms of quality. What the association stands for
The BVIFG stands for fair recruitment without hidden costs for professionals, transparent processes towards employers and sustainable integration instead of short-term placement. It represents the interests of reputable providers towards politics and administration, continuously develops quality standards for the entire industry and creates a network in which knowledge about recognition procedures, visa processes and integration work is shared.
